2. Product training for all current and selected* legacy products in our portfolio.
3. Product helpdesk for DragonWave, Nokia (Siemens Networks) microwave radio solutions, switches, and the NetViewer Network Management System – including legacy products. Product helpdesk for all Io unlicensed band point to point & point to multipoint microwave radio systems and all Io Enterprise Wi-Fi products. 
4. Repairs for Siemens, Nokia, Nokia Siemens Networks and DragonWave microwave radio outdoor units, indoor units & switches.
5. Warranty extension for Siemens, Nokia, Nokia Siemens Networks and DragonWave microwave radio systems & switches – including selected legacy products. Warranty extension for all current Io unlicensed band point to point & point to multipoint microwave systems and all Io Enterprise Wi-Fi products.
